We invite all vendors specializing in Japanese arts, crafts, and culturally relevant merchandise. This is a family-friendly event so all item within your booth should be appropriate for general audiences. Once we have received your vendor fee (below) you will receive a Vendor Contract to sign and return. This contract will reserve your space for the event! REGISTRATION DISCOUNTS
New vendor applicants will receive a 10% before December 15th, 2026. Returning vendors who participated in our inaugural 2026 festival are able to register at a even deeper discounted price! Please see fee charts below.
VENDOR CONTRACTS
Once we have received your application fee, you will be sent a Vendor Contract to sign and return. Food vendors are also required to send a copy of their most recent insurance certificate. Once these items are received, your booth space is officially confirmed.
TENT RENTALS
Arching Oaks can provide a tent for you for an additional fee. Vendors should provide their own tables and chairs, please. Tents are available in 10x10, 10x20 and 10X30 foot sizes. (10X30s are for food vendors only).
